Before we even start scrolling & viewing homes, I want you to make a list. What do you NEED in a home—like a fenced yard for your pup or a certain number of bedrooms? And then, what do you WANT—those sweet bonuses like a big front porch or a quick drive to your favorite coffee shop. Now here’s the important part: tell me WHY each one matters. This helps me get creative when the search gets tough and keeps us focused on what will truly make you happy.

New to the area or just not sure where you want to plant your roots? I’ll take you on personalized driving tours through neighborhoods that match your lifestyle and keep you updated with local market insights—so you can feel confident and excited about your move.

Getting You Access Others Don’t Have

I go beyond just the MLS. I give you exclusive access to Zenlist (a tool that shows off-market homes), tap into my @properties network, and stay in constant contact with local agents to hear what’s coming soon. You’ll be seeing some homes most buyers don’t even know about yet.

Neighborhood Outreach

Some of the best homes never even hit the market—and I know how to find them. From knocking on doors and sending handwritten letters in your favorite neighborhoods to posting in local Facebook groups, I actively seek out quiet sellers who may be open to moving. It’s a little old school, a little outside the box—and it works. You’ll be seeing opportunities most buyers don’t even know about yet.

Email Blasts & Realtor Networking

I promote your home search to my personal network and within the real estate community—this helps us hear about homes before they go live or find quiet sellers looking for the right buyer.

Private Tours & Virtual Options

Once we’ve got homes lined up, I’ll schedule private showings so you can experience each space without any pressure. If something pops up while you’re unavailable, no worries—I can FaceTime you or create a video tour so you don’t miss a thing. In this market, timing is everything, and I make sure convenience and timing are never barriers.

When it’s time to make an offer, I’ll walk you through every detail so you feel confident and informed. I don’t just submit paperwork—I dig deep, connect with the listing agent, and find out what really matters to the seller.
